How this works

Find a company. Reserve an amount. Decide on the terms.

We gather verified demand for private companies and use it to seek access.

01

Start with the reporting

We select companies from reporting we follow and link every source. We don't take submissions.

02

Reserve an amount

Choose from $100 to $5,000. A reservation requires account setup, but no money moves. You can cancel it at any time before the stated deadline.

03

We count demand

We count verified reservations, not clicks. When demand is strong enough, we contact the company.

04

We seek an allocation

If the company agrees, we arrange a community allocation in a single-company vehicle. We do not decide whether it is a good investment.

05

You decide on the terms

You review the offering and confirm again. Any investment runs through a registered intermediary.

Terms and risks

No recommendations

We don't recommend investments. We try to secure access and show you the terms. You make the decision.

No ratings or rankings

We don't rate or rank companies. A registered intermediary handles required compliance and anti-fraud checks.

No race for allocation

Demand routinely exceeds what a company will allocate. If it does, allocations are scaled pro rata rather than first-come-first-served, and no allocation falls below the $100 minimum.

Rights may differ

A community allocation may have fewer rights than the lead investor's, including limited voting and information rights. We will not accept materially worse economics.

Failures stay listed

Every company we list stays listed, including the ones that fail. Outcomes are never removed from this site.

Zero is a possible outcome

Private companies fail. Be prepared to lose your entire investment, and expect to hold it for years with no way to sell.

A reservation is not an investment. No money moves until an offering opens and you confirm. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.
