One person with $100 is easy to overlook.

10,000 people × $100
$1 million

Maybe that’s enough to start a conversation.

How this works
It starts with a story01/06

One person wants in. Then thousands do. Then we ask.

You heard about a company and thought: I would back that. Here is everything between that thought and an investment.

01

It starts with a story

Maybe you hear a founder on a podcast. Or come across a product you can't stop thinking about. We list companies from reporting we follow, link every source, and let you take it from there.

02

You put a number on it

Tell us how much you'd want to invest in this company. Reserve anywhere from $25 on up.

03

We add them up

One person with $100 may not get a meeting. Ten thousand people with $100 is $1 million - and a call that might be worth answering.

04

We take the proposal to the company

When there's enough interest, Want In approaches the company. The proposal is simple: low-friction capital from people who already believe in the mission. No board seat. No roadshow. No thousands of unsolicited calls. The company can still say no.

05

If they say yes, you review the terms

We arrange a community allocation through a single-company vehicle. Its proposed valuation, rights and other terms come back to you to review. We may arrange access, but we don't tell you the terms are fair or the investment is good. You decide.

06

Then you commit

If you still want in, you confirm your account and provide the funds.

What we promise. And what we don’t

Access is the chance to decide. It isn’t evidence that you should invest.

No recommendations

We don't recommend investments. We try to secure access and show you the terms. You make the decision.

No ratings or rankings

We don't rate or rank companies. A registered intermediary handles required compliance and anti-fraud checks.

You may get fewer rights

A community allocation may have fewer rights than the lead investor's, including limited voting and information rights. We will not accept materially worse economics.

It can go to zero

Private companies fail. Be prepared to lose your entire investment, and expect to hold it for years with no way to sell.

A reservation is not an investment. No money moves until an offering opens and you confirm. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.

That company you heard about and immediately wanted to back? Start here.

Choose what you’d put in. If enough people feel the same way, we’ll contact the company and ask for access.

For the company

Why would a company say yes?

Low-friction capital from thousands of people who already believe in what it is building.

No board seat. No roadshow. No 10,000 unsolicited calls. One allocation. One conversation.
